(sorry was too lazy to make it look good)
1. first download our FreeDOS with patches
2. plug your flash drive in laptop & computer and flash it to FAT32 with rufus or any other tool
3. extract all files from rlfreedos.zip into your flash drive
4. get your Windows 98SE disk (or) get Retail version from here: winworldpc.com key for it: K4HVD-Q9TJ9-6CRX9-C9G68-RQ2D3
5. make folder in usb called WININST
6. put everything in there from your CD (or) if using Retail version from winworldpc extract all files there
7. reboot into your BIOS and turn on CMOS, Legacy BIOS or Legacy Mode (only one option) cause DOS doesn't support UEFI
8. turn off Secure Boot, TPM, Software Guard Extensions SGX, any security features (except password if you have one), Intel VT-d, Battery Remaining Time. if you don't have some of these features shown up in bios it means your computer doesn't support them or manufacturers forced them off or on
9. reboot to your boot manager and boot up from your flash drive
